Welcome to Casa Alegría, a beautiful and spacious marina-front, penthouse rental condominium in the gated resort community of Puerto Aventuras along the beautiful Mexican Maya Riviera coastline. Casa Alegría is in the building Dzul, a newly constructed (2006) 12-unit building complete with a private swimming pool on the marina.  Casa Alegría is a fully furnished vacation rental condominium with two-bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and breathtaking views of the ocean from both bedrooms and the private rooftop garden. The marina balcony overlooks the beautiful Puerto Aventuras fishing and recreational marina. The pictures in the photo gallery provide a sampling of the beauty of Casa Alegría.

The private rooftop garden is a special gem for this condominium – it includes picturesque views of the entire Maya Riviera coastline, a 4-person full-size Jacuzzi hot tub, a shade pergola with table/chairs and a sunning area with chaise lounges and tables.

Casa Alegría is a perfect place for couples or families looking for a special getaway – relaxed or full of daily adventures! Puerto Aventuras is a charming community with approximately 1000 permanent residents. The community is a little village complete with restaurants, shops, Dolphin Discovery, pharmacies, diving and deep-sea fishing businesses, Internet café’s and much more.

Cars are not needed once you arrive in Puerto Aventuras – everything is a short walk or bike-ride walk away. Puerto Aventuras has several beautiful beaches and snorkeling at the on-site reef.  The nearby beach is a wonderful place for snorkeling, swimming and relaxing. It is a 10 minute walk through the marina.  Puerto Aventuras is close to Playa del Carmen, the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Coba and many other beautiful beaches - all a short taxi drive away. A little further are Cozumel, Cancun and Chichen Itza.
